These terms govern the use of Nexus Hub / KryptoBOSS internal tools.

1. Scope and Purpose

The tools are intended for internal social publishing, analytics, and membership/payment administration workflows. Use is limited to intended features.

2. Authorized Access

Only authorized users may access or use the tools. Credentials and API keys must be handled confidentially.

3. Prohibited Use

• Bypassing security controls or attempting unauthorized access.
• Using the systems for unlawful, abusive, or platform-violating activities.
• Any operation that threatens availability, integrity, or security.

4. Availability and Warranty

Services are provided based on technical and operational availability. Continuous or error-free availability is not guaranteed.

5. Liability

No liability is assumed for downtime, restrictions, or API changes by third-party platforms (for example Meta/Instagram, YouTube, Whop), where legally permitted.

6. Changes

These terms may be updated due to legal, technical, or operational changes.
